IT Manager – Infrastructure, Support & Software Development

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to oversee and manage the IT infrastructure, technology systems, and software development processes at Kiotel Hospitality Private Limited. This role is suited for a senior IT professional with expertise not only in managing networks, server infrastructure, and security protocols but also in leading software development projects, coding, and ensuring seamless business operations across all technology aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Systems Management: Manage and maintain all IT systems, including networks, servers, software, and hardware.

Software Development Management: Oversee and lead software development initiatives, ensuring that internal systems and kiosks meet business requirements.

Coding & Development: Actively engage in coding, development, and software architecture design, particularly related to in-house applications, kiosks, and technical support platforms.

Security & Backup: Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are up-to-date and functional.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting IT issues promptly.

Collaboration: Work closely with software developers to maintain in-house systems, troubleshoot technical issues related to kiosks, and implement software updates and improvements.

System Performance: Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability, both in infrastructure and software.

Software Optimization: Ensure that custom applications and kiosks run smoothly, fixing bugs and optimizing code for better user experience and system efficiency.

Tech Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Policy Development: Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, including cybersecurity protocols and software development best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in IT management with a strong focus on software development and system administration.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cybersecurity practices.

Proficiency in system administration and cloud services management.

Experience in software development, including knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).

Experience with managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with web services, APIs, and database management.

Problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle both IT and software-related issues.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in hospitality or a related service industry.

Familiarity with kiosk management systems and video call platforms.

Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site)

Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
