Key Responsibilities

• Data Management and Synchronization:
• Oversee the synchronization of data across multiple ERP systems, ensuring
  
  

consistency and integrity.

• Develop and implement comprehensive data management practices to
  
  

safeguard production data.

• Custom Reporting and MySQL Expertise:
• Utilize excellent MySQL skills to write custom queries and prepare tailored
  
  

reports as required by the business.

• Analyze data to provide insights that support decision-making and operational
  
  

efficiency.

• Data Audits and Critical Function Support
• Supporting the marketing and sales function by auditing invoices to ensure that
  
  

pricing policies as defined are being correctly applied and implemented

• Supporting the HR function by providing timely productivity reports for salary
  
  

processing

• Supporting management by providing reports on overall company performance
• Preparing IT budget for the organization and ensuring that IT related costs are
  
  

within budget

• Supporting procurement function on all IT related purchases including
  
  

negotiating with vendors and ensuring quality and completeness of all

deliveries.

• Operational Excellence:
• Maintain up-to-date records in both legacy and new ERP systems, ensuring
  
  

alignment and data integrity.

• Oversee the timely generation and delivery of critical reports required for
  
  

business operations, including payroll and production.o Implement rigorous project management protocols to ensure on-time delivery of

IT projects and initiatives.

• Collaboration and Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries and support within the
  
  

organization.

• Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify IT needs and provide tailored
  
  

solutions.

• Ensure prompt and effective communication of issues and their resolutions with
  
  

upper management.

• Leadership and Team Management:
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting personal
  
  

and professional development.

• Develop and enforce policies to maintain punctuality and adherence to
  
  

company standards.

• Lead efforts to transform the EDP department into a cornerstone of
  
  

organizational support through effective IT solutions and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management and system integration, with excellent MySQL
  
  

skills for custom query writing.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent project and task management abilities, with a track record of completing
  
  

internal projects for business improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in technology solutions for businesses.
