Overview
Responsibilities
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and scaling of network systems and servers
- Ensure data security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Manage hardware/software procurement, installation, and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot tech issues across departments and provide timely resolution
- Supervise IT support teams and coordinate cross-functional tech initiatives
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and compliance frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field; certifications like CCNA/MCSA preferred
- Strong grip on network architecture, firewalls, data security, and cloud platforms
- Proven leadership in handling IT infrastructure for mid-to-large sized teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
