IT Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to support the jewellery manufacturing company's operations, ensuring data security, system reliability, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves managing IT staff, vendor relationships, and staying current with industry trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT budget with varied Vendor support.
• Infrastructure Management:
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, servers. NAS.
• Ensure the availability and performance of all IT systems.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Daily,Weekly backup and MIS reports
• Security Management:
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.Firewall, VPN, CCTV monitoring, database.
• Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
• Software and Application Management:
• Manage and maintain the company's software and applications.
• Evaluate and recommend new software and applications.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Staff Management:
• Hire, train, and manage IT staff that includes guiding third party vendors
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Vendor Management:
• Manage relationships with IT vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Ensure vendors meet performance requirements.
• Cost Management:
• Monitor and control IT costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure the company gets the best value for its IT investments.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Stay current with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Research and evaluate new technologies that could benefit the company.
• Provide recommendations for new technologies to the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT management, with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.MySQL
• Experience managing team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
