Job Description:
MK Group is seeking a seasoned IT Manager to lead our technology operations in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and team management. You’ll play a key role in shaping our IT strategy, driving digital transformation, and ensuring seamless tech operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure and operations
• Manage a team and coordinate with external vendors
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and systems
• Align IT systems with business goals to improve efficiency
• Manage IT budgets, timelines, and project lifecycles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Expertise in enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and network management
