IT MANAGER

Overview

1. POS & Software Management:

• Manage and maintain Petpooja software and ensure seamless POS operations.
• Train staff on using Petpooja and resolve any software-related issues.
• Update menus, pricing, and configurations in Petpooja as required.
• Ensure smooth integration between Petpooja and other restaurant management systems.

2. IT Infrastructure & Network Support:

• Oversee the restaurant’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, routers, and security systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and Wi-Fi for restaurant operations.
• Manage cloud storage, data backups, and cybersecurity protocols.

3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide first-level technical support for POS, printers, kitchen display systems, and other restaurant IT devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors and IT service providers when needed.

4. Data Management & Reporting:

• Monitor daily sales and performance reports from Petpooja.
• Ensure accurate data syncing between the POS and back-office systems.
• Generate IT performance reports and suggest improvements.

5. IT Security & Compliance:

• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect customer data and transaction details.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and restaurant IT policies.
• Manage access controls and staff login credentials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
