Overview
As a Dialer Specialist you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of automated dialing systems. The role will involve configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting dialer software , collaborate with operations, analytics, and compliance teams to maximize productivity.
- System Design and Planning:
- Develop and implement VoIP infrastructure plans, considering factors like network capacity, call routing, and security.
- Design and configure VoIP systems, including PBX, SIP trunks, and other related components.
- Ensure systems meet the specific needs of the BPO's clients and internal operations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for VoIP systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports on VoIP performance and usage to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the VoIP infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of the BPO.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
