Job Title: IT Specialist / IT Support Engineer Location: Dudu, Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical assistance to employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: o Provide hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. o Diagnose and resolve network, system, and application issues for employees. o Install, configure, and update software and operating systems

2. Network & System Management: o Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity. o Monitor server performance, backups, and data security to ensure smooth operations. o Implement and manage firewalls, antivirus, and other security measures. 3. User Support & Training: o Assist employees with IT-related queries and provide basic training on software/tools. o Set up and manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access.

4. IT Asset Management: o Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. o Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement. 5. Security & Data Protection: o Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery plans are in place. o Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect company data and IT infrastructure. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration. • Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems. • Hands-on experience with networking, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
