Overview
Job Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring IT systems run smoothly, and implementing solutions to improve business efficiency. They manage IT teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop strategies to enhance cybersecurity and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain hardware, software, networks, and databases.
2. Cybersecurity: Implement security measures to protect company data and prevent cyber threats.
3. Technical Support: Provide IT support for employees, troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
4. Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT services, software, and hardware procurement.
5. Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementations.
6. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to IT policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
7. Team Leadership: Supervise IT staff, provide training, and manage department budgets.
8. Business Continuity: Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure data backup procedures are in place.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT management, system administration, or network security.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
