About This Role
In this role, you will be reporting to the Vice President, Engineering and be responsible for delivering high quality and efficient day-to-day IT support. The right candidate should be ambitious in providing best-in-class tech support to the team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Strategize, execute, and communicate IT infrastructure projects, and the overall Impact with stakeholders.
- Provide support, administration, maintenance and optimisation of key functional areas across Microsoft office 365 applications and services.
- Setup enterprise devices and policies using Mobile device management tools ( Intune, Jamf etc)
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate IT systems, policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Identify and document all applications and subscriptions throughout the organisation.
- Audit IT systems, devices, other workspace applications and ensure security of data, network access and IT systems.
- Manage the full lifecycle of supplying, setting up, implementing endpoint security, and delivery of laptops to our employees in key markets across Singapore, India, China and USA.
- Communicate regular updates and information on system issues, root cause and resolutions with management, peers and stakeholders.
- Qualification:
- Bachelors in the relevant field.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of and proven experience with supporting, troubleshooting, setting up the following:
- Microsoft office 365 or any other enterprise administration tool;
- Operating systems: Windows, MAC, Android and IOS;
- MDM solutions;
- Network Infrastructure (Routing, Firewalls, VPN, WAN, Remote Access).
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer software/hardware systems.
- Expertise in SaaS, cloud systems management and data security/governance.
- Skills:
- Good to have experience with compliance standards like ISO 27001, reports like SOC 1 and SOC 2.
- Understanding of IT and Cybersecurity management principles, programs, policies, activities and procedures.
- Qualities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitating and orchestrating cross-functional initiatives.
