2. Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Implement security protocols, monitor threats, and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Manage IT helpdesk teams to resolve technical issues and improve user experience.
4. Software & System Implementation: Oversee deployment of ERP, CRM, and other business-critical software.
5. Vendor & Budget Management: Negotiate with IT vendors, purchase equipment, and manage IT budgets.
6. Team Leadership & Training: Lead IT staff, set performance goals, and train employees on new systems and best practices.
7. Disaster Recovery & Backup Plans: Develop strategies for data recovery and business continuity.
8. IT Strategy & Business Alignment: Align IT initiatives with company objectives to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
Key Skills Required:
Technical Skills: Networking, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, database management (SQL, Oracle), and enterprise software.
Project Management: Ability to oversee IT projects, implement systems, and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to troubleshoot IT issues and minimize downtime.
Leadership & Communication: Strong team management and ability to explain tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
