Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives, oversee IT infrastructure, and drive digital transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, manage vendor relationships, and implement technology-driven solutions to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Technology & Digital Transformation

· Lead automation and AI implementation projects across the company.

· Identify and deploy technology solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.

· Support the transition to a more technology-based business model. IT Infrastructure & Operations

· Oversee network connectivity, IT infrastructure, and system performance.

· Coordinate with IT vendors for network, security, and infrastructure management.

· Ensure high availability of online operations and IT systems. Security & Compliance

· Drive ISO 27001 certification and implement best practices for security.

· Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect company data.

· Monitor cybersecurity risks and enhance security posture. IT Support & Vendor Management

· Ensure smooth IT support for corporate offices, restaurants, and resort locations.

· Manage external IT vendors for infrastructure and service delivery.

· Oversee IT asset management, procurement, and software licensing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in automation and digital transformation.
• Experience in AI implementation will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, IT security, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 certification and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in the travel, hospitality, is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
