Job Title: IT Manager
Location: Johnmarians Wellness Clinic, Kottayam
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Clinic Director / Administration

We are looking for a skilled IT Manager to oversee all technology-related operations at our wellness clinic. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth functioning of our hospital management software, and serving as the primary point of contact between the clinic and the software support team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in IT troubleshooting, network administration, and software maintenance to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Management Software (HMS) Support & Maintenance:

• Ensure smooth operation of the hospital management software.
• Serve as the bridge between the clinic and the software support team for issue resolution.
• Conduct routine software updates and coordinate enhancements as needed.

IT Infrastructure & Network Management:

• Maintain and troubleshoot the clinic’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Oversee data security, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage network connectivity to ensure optimal performance and uptime

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical assistance to staff for IT-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Ensure timely support for IT-related service requests.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection:

• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect patient data.
• Monitor IT security threats and take necessary preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data protection regulations.

System Integration & Vendor Coordination:

• Oversee the integration of third-party medical devices and software.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for procurement and maintenance of hardware/software.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions for improving efficiency.

IT Policies & Compliance:

• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
• Ensure IT operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Train clinic staff on IT protocols, data security, and software usage.

Project Management & Strategic Planning:

• Lead IT-related projects, such as new software deployment and system upgrades.
• Assess IT needs and contribute to strategic planning for future technology adoption.
• Prepare IT budgets and ensure cost-effective IT solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hospital management software, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting..
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
