Strategic Planning and Leadership

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for technology improvements to gain operational efficiencies.

Operations and Maintenance

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring system uptime, reliability, and performance.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

Systems Development and Integration

• Ensure seamless integration of software, hardware, and network systems.
• Oversee the deployment and upgrades of systems and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technology needs and implement solutions.

Cybersecurity and Risk Management

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
