Position Summary: The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the hospital's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of hospital management systems, cybersecurity, and data protection. The IT Manager manages IT support, software, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
• System Administration: Manage and maintain hospital management systems, electronic health records (EHR), and other critical software applications.
• Cybersecurity: Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect patient data and hospital systems from cyber threats and breaches.
• Data Protection: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards, safeguarding patient information and hospital data.
• IT Support: Lead the IT support team in providing timely and effective technical support to hospital staff and resolving IT-related issues.
• Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to improve hospital processes and patient care.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and solutions.
• Training and Development: Provide training and support to hospital staff on IT systems, policies, and best practices.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the IT budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present IT performance reports to the General Manager, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of IT system failures or emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, and hospital management systems.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection regulations. Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
