As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to help lead the digital transformation of our office through the setup and training of Microsoft 365 for all employees.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in Microsoft 365 and its applications to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, and most importantly, leading training efforts to ensure all staff are fully equipped to use Microsoft 365 in their day-to-day operations.

As an IT Manager at Idealign, you will:

• Set up and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook, tailored to our company’s needs.
• Train employees on Microsoft 365 tools to help them get the most out of the software, improving productivity and collaboration.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Manage user permissions and access controls in the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Regularly update and maintain the company’s Microsoft 365 environment to ensure it is secure and fully operational.
• Create and maintain documentation for best practices and troubleshooting procedures related to Microsoft 365.
• Stay up-to-date with new Microsoft 365 features and functionalities, and communicate relevant updates to the team.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Proficient in setting up and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
• Experience in providing IT support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, or similar) are a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT management: 3 years (Preferred)
