Job Summary:
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel’s technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of IT systems and services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure that all technology-driven solutions align with the hotel’s business goals and enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Network & Systems Management:
Oversee and maintain the hotel’s network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, Wi-Fi systems, and hardware.
Ensure optimal performance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and communications networks.
Manage and support property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS), reservation systems, and other hotel software.
Security & Compliance:
Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, systems, and networks against cyber threats.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and security standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
Conduct regular audits, backups, and updates for system security and integrity.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and mentor the IT team to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous professional development.
Provide technical support to staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Guest Services Support:
Ensure uninterrupted technology services that enhance guest experience, such as in-room entertainment, high-speed internet access, and mobile app integration.
Troubleshoot guest-related technical issues promptly and effectively.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective spending while maintaining high-quality services.
Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions that can improve hotel operations, reduce costs, or enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaboration & Vendor Management:
Work closely with other hotel departments to understand their technological needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and third-party contractors to ensure reliable service delivery.
Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and implement IT-related projects, including hardware and software upgrades, new system integrations, and network enhancements.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, hotel management systems, and various software applications.
Strong experience in IT security, data protection, and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with hotel-specific software (PMS, POS, CRM) and cloud-based systems is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
