Job Summary:

The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems, networks, and software run smoothly and securely. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align IT operations with business needs. The IT Manager will manage a team of IT professionals and work closely with senior leadership to support the company’s technology goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business goals, ensuring efficient and secure technology operations.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the IT department, including hiring, training, and evaluating IT staff.
• System & Network Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Cybersecurity: Ensure the security of company data, networks, and systems by implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity protocols.
• Technical Support: Manage and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime for the business.
• Software & Hardware Management: Evaluate, implement, and maintain enterprise software applications and ensure the functionality of all hardware systems.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective management of IT resources and technology investments.
• Disaster Recovery & Backup: Develop and enforce disaster recovery and backup strategies to safeguard business continuity in the event of system failures or data loss.
• Collaboration with Other Departments: Work with other departments to identify technology needs and provide IT solutions that improve business processes and productivity.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract management.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all IT systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining detailed records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or similar role with [X] years of experience in IT operations and management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proficient in managing IT systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise software solutions.
• Experience in leading and managing IT teams, including staff development and performance management.
• Ability to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT budgeting and resource management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft preferred).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
