Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, backend developers, app developers, and SEO specialists. This includes providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring team collaboration.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in frontend development, backend development, app development, and SEO. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business goals
- Resource Management: Manage IT resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and technology
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, business users, and technical teams
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Proven Leadership Experience: Extensive experience leading and managing technical teams, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong Technical Skills: Deep understanding of frontend development, backend development, app development, and SEO principles
- Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
