Overview

Minimum Qualification – Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum Experience – 5 -10 Years
Team Size – 8-10 people
Reporting to - Director

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, backend developers, app developers, and SEO specialists. This includes providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring team collaboration.

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

• Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in frontend development, backend development, app development, and SEO. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business goals

• Resource Management: Manage IT resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and technology

• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, business users, and technical teams

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.

• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed

• Proven Leadership Experience: Extensive experience leading and managing technical teams, preferably in a similar industry.

• Strong Technical Skills: Deep understanding of frontend development, backend development, app development, and SEO principles

• Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage complex IT projects from initiation to completion.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align IT initiatives with business objectives.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
