Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Security Operations

• Manage and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions.
• Implement and oversee enterprise-grade password management policies, including rotation schedules and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Monitor and secure cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Workspace) with robust access controls.

2. Access Control Management

• Enforce least-privilege access policies to protect sensitive systems and data.
• Use Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools to manage provisioning, monitoring, and revoking of access.
• Maintain detailed logs of admin activities for auditing and compliance purposes.

3. Data Security

• Ensure data encryption both at rest and in transit using AES-256 or equivalent.
• Establish secure, centralized storage solutions with role-based access control (RBAC).
• Monitor and mitigate risks related to data breaches or unauthorized access.

4. Endpoint Security

• Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions to protect devices against malware, phishing, and other cyber threats.
• Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments for endpoints and implement patches promptly.

5. Incident Response and Threat Mitigation

• Develop incident response protocols for timely containment and recovery from security breaches.
• Perform root cause analyses for incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with external auditors for annual penetration testing and compliance reviews.

6. Compliance and Cloud Services Management

• Manage cloud infrastructure with security best practices, ensuring compliance with India’s IT Act, DPDP 2023, and PCI DSS.
• Maintain audit readiness by reviewing and updating security policies regularly.
• Educate staff on phishing, social engineering, and secure data handling practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
