Overview
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Windows, macOS, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other productivity suites. IT support, helpdesk, or technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide level 2 support for hardware, software, Data Protection, Firewall, CCTV and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems using logical and methodical approaches.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.
- Request Fulfillment: Fulfill service requests, such as software installations, hardware configurations, and access management.
- Knowledge Management: Document and maintain technical knowledge base, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
- Collaboration: Work with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on IT support metrics, including incident resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
