Overview
· Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
· Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems
· Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
· Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary
· Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and specialized equipment.
· Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software. Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
· Generating performance reports for operating systems
· Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
· Evaluating technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures
· Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices
· Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation.
· Assist with onboarding of new users.
· Having Knowledge of Outlook as well.
· Manage Laptop/PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
