The IT Infrastructure Specialist will design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, to support Department operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networking).
- Ensure system security, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support.
- Manage IT vendors and procurement.
- Develop IT policies and disaster recovery plans.
- Documentations - Proposals , TOR, RFP etc.
