IT Infrastructure Manager

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive system administrator/technology specialist/solution architect to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud technologies, virtualization, system management, backup solutions, disaster recovery planning and network administration. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services, including AWS, Office 365, Linux AD, Azure AD, and email management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Cloud : Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support

business applications.

● Oversee and manage virtualization platforms, including Proxmox and Microsoft

Hyper-V .

● Administer and support Linux AD (Active Directory) for authentication and access

management.

● Implement and manage advanced file sharing solutions in Linux and Windows

environments.

● Ensure efficient OS and third-party software management, including patching and

updates.

● Backup & Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement Business Continuity Planning

(BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.

● Oversee backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical business data.

● Email & Directory Services: Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint/Teams and cPanel-based email services.

● Manage Azure AD for identity and access management across cloud and hybrid

environments.

● General IT Operations: Monitor system performance and proactively address

potential issues.

● Collaborate with the IT team to enhance infrastructure security and reliability.

● Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

● Network administration, VLAN config/routing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

● 10+ years of hands-on technical experience in System administration,

troubleshooting,

● Proficiency in networking, cloud computing AWS, Office365, server

management(Linux & Windows), cybersecurity protocols,.

● Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Linux+

● Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).

● Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
