Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, Microsoft software, SharePoint, and office hardware (laptops, desktops).
- Oversee software configurations and ensure proper setup and performance.
- Handle vendor management for IT hardware, software, and services.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and maintain business continuity.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, including laptops and office IT infrastructure.
- Lead infrastructure projects and ensure security and system compliance.
Key Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft software, SharePoint, hardware management, and vendor relations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications like ITIL, CCNA, or MCSE are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
