Job Description:
Join our fast-paced team as an IT Helpdesk Executive, handling technical support for US customers. You’ll address queries related to system software, peripherals, email configurations, and networking issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in MS Office, Outlook, printers, smart speakers, etc.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach with timely resolutions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Good knowledge of IT systems and networks.
- Experience with smart devices and peripherals preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate (preferred).
- 1+ year experience in a similar profile.
Salary: 10–15% hike on current CTC (Negotiable)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,786.96 - ₹35,776.91 per month
