Job Title: IT Help Desk Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Help Desk Executive to join our team at The Foresta, a premium resort property. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support with a strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and IT operations within a hospitality or resort environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and other devices.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware or software maintenance when required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support guest-related IT needs in coordination with front office or operations teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality or resort settings.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, troubleshooting tools, and basic server operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent issues when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,786.96 - ₹18,000.00 per month
