Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our helpdesk portal, addressing client issues at the L1 support level, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems. This role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the IT helpdesk portal to receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve client requests and incidents.
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for IT systems, software, and hardware issues.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring courteous and timely assistance.
- Document all helpdesk interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel for resolution.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory records and equipment configurations.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve helpdesk procedures and efficiency.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction after problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling client data and information.
