IT Executive – Software & Web Coordination(Hospital)

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Executive – Software & Web Coordination to support the hospital's IT operations. This role requires 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience with healthcare software systems such as Manorma and Spine, procurement platforms, and website handling. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating IT-related activities, supporting users, and ensuring the seamless operation of software systems and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate the use and maintenance of hospital software systems including Manorma, Spine, and procurement software.
• Perform regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for software platforms.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the hospital website (basic content and technical maintenance).
• Work closely with vendors for technical support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments for software-related requirements and feedback.
• Document and track software issues, updates, licenses, and configuration changes.
• Support IT Manager in ongoing IT projects and daily technical operations.
• Provide basic end-user support and coordinate training when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
