Job Description:

As an IT Executive / Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems for our customers. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, implementing solutions, and maintaining IT infrastructure to deliver top-notch technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Desktop Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops.
• CCTV Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV NVRs and IP cameras.
• Networking and Printing: Configure network devices, USB, and network printers for seamless operations.
• System Implementation: Assist in system setup, maintenance, and server card configuration.
• Hardware Support: Inspect, repair, and maintain computer hardware and WiFi devices.
• Customer Assistance: Provide technical support for telephone systems (APBX) and print servers.
• Service Documentation: Maintain records of IT configurations and repair histories.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 7, 8, 10, and Server versions 2012 & 2016.
• Knowledge of hardware and network device configuration.
• Experience with CCTV and IP camera installations.
• Familiarity with APBX telephone systems and print server management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
