Overview

1. Installing and configuring Computer hardware, Software, System, Networks, Printers and scanners

2. Monitoing and Maintaining Computer Systems and Network.

3. Prepare checklist of Servers, Network connectivity, Switches as per instruction by Senior

4. Troubleshooting and Resolution of IT Hardware Problems of Desktop, Laptop, Printer & Network.

5. Assembleing New system and replacement of IT Peripherals as per requirement.

6. Analyse, Diagnosis and resolve User Problems and same suggest corrective solutions

7. Installation & configuration of Operating System, Mail. Antivirus Software as well standard application in User End.

8. Installtion & configuration of SAP, Esko Application.

9. Taking backup Of SAP Server as well User Document backup Manually as per Senior’s Instruction.

10. Escalate and follow up with ISP provider for breakdown of Internet connectivity as well PRI for Telephone Problem.

11. Troubleshoot, Installation & Configuration of CCTV Camera (NVR & DVR)

12. Taking Initiative other IT activities as per instruction by senior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
