IT Executive

Overview

Shish Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Executive to join our team.

Keys & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• PC Setup: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Desktop Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
• Network Management: Set up, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Security: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure and sensitive data.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, setups, and troubleshooting steps.
• Training: Provide training and support to users to help them understand and utilize IT resources effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware and network engineering or a related role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with PC setup and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and network device configuration.
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
• Understanding of network security practices and tools.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
