- System Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, servers, network infrastructure, and software applications across the hotel property.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network administration, server management, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and common hospitality software.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Customer Service Focus: Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests, explaining technical concepts in a clear manner.
- Problem-solving Ability: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop solutions.
- Security Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity best practices to protect sensitive data.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing industry standards.
