IT Executive

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to oversee and manage our company's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and supporting daily operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay updated with the latest technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations.
• Network & System Management: Maintain, upgrade, and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
• Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Software & Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware components.
• User Training: Assist employees in using IT systems efficiently, providing training on best practices and security guidelines.
• Data Backup & Recovery: Ensure proper backup procedures are followed and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to procure necessary hardware, software, and services.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain IT documentation, policies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Project Management: Support IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
