Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Mohali, 8 Phase

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced IT Executive with 3+ years of expertise in managing IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in system management, troubleshooting, and supporting IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, servers, and networks.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software/hardware.
• Monitor network performance and ensure security.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and backup solutions.
• Provide IT training and create documentation.
• Assist in IT project planning and vendor management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, cloud platforms, and IT troubleshooting tools.
• Certifications: (Preferred) CompTIA A+, Network+, MCITP.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
