**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled IT Hardware Technician to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware components including CPUs, memory modules, hard drives, and expansion cards.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, dusting, and replacing worn-out parts to prolong the lifespan of hardware equipment.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary hardware components and peripherals as needed.

- Assist in the setup and deployment of new computer systems and peripherals according to established procedures and standards.

- Conduct hardware inventory audits and maintain accurate records of equipment and spare parts.

- Provide technical support and assistance to employees regarding hardware-related issues and inquiries.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT hardware technology and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience as an IT Hardware Technician or similar role in a corporate IT environment.

- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware components such as CPUs, RAM, motherboards, and storage devices.

- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
