Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in network management, Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) support, hardware and software management, and computer hardware repair. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Management: Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network issues to ensure seamless connectivity.
- L1 & L2 Support: Provide first and second-level technical support to resolve IT-related issues and escalate more complex problems as needed.
- Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Software Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure smooth functioning.
- Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- IT Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of all IT assets and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- User Support: Assist employees with technical issues and provide training on IT systems when necessary.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure IT systems are secure and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of all IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Executive, Network Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network management and L1, L2 support processes.
- Proficiency in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar are a plus.
