Overview

Desired experience for includes:

• At least 5 years of application support for smart phones
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Bachelor's degree in BS Information Systems or Bachelor's degree in Business
• Experience and proficiency with Macs
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in at IT role (ideally a support role)
• In-depth knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with Windows 7 and Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and conferencing applications
• Highly skilled with mobile Technology (iPhone, iPad)

Job description for IT Executive:-

1. Responsible for IT Infrastructure Maintenance
2. Responsible for Installation and technical Support for hardware & software.
3. Responsible for Asset and Inventory Management
4. Responsible for Help Desk Management

5. Responsible for Configuration and troubleshooting for Users

6. Responsible to Network Administration
7. Responsible for Server Management & Maintenance

8. Managing & Supporting internal Audits as per SOP's

9. Responsible for Reporting of incidents & Resolution TAT

10. Responsible for Managing POS, Screen display, EDC machine and Kiosk management

QUALIFICATIONS: (List the academic/professional education/training, experience, skills/competencies)

EDUCATION: Graduation /Post Graduate with certificate course or diploma in hospitality/Hotel Management

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years in a similar role in a reputed organisation in Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.
