Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Executive to lead our company’s information technology initiatives. As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT infrastructure, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee the organization’s IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, databases, security systems, and telecommunications.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and upgrades to improve the performance and efficiency of IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for information security.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities for innovation.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in information technology and recommend relevant upgrades and improvements.
• Must be familiar with IOS, Mac, Android and others.
• Troubleshoot network like LAN, WAN and VPN.
• To Control breakdown's relented Hardware and Application issues.
• To Manage proper functioning of all the software & windows.
• To Manage all internal and External issues.
• Taking Care of all Types of backup like User backup, Email Backup and important software Backup.
• Prepare Daily Basis MIS reports.
• Responsible for all type of task, whatever assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in IT management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
• Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) is a plus.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Alternate Saturday’s off)

Working Hours: 10 A.M. to 6 P.M.
