Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting desktop/Laptop hardware issues
- Operating system installation, Printer and scanner installation.
- Installing Server OS, managing ADC Active directory
- Managing asset register, troubleshooting network related issues
- Managing data and Data backup
- Troubleshooting outlook email 2010, 2013 and 2016 and PST backup
- Installing window OS and upgrading and troubleshooting
- Installing and troubleshooting Antivirus
- Troubleshooting LAN/Network IPV4 and IPV6
- Knowledge of FTP/SFTP servers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?11,881.26 - ?37,060.39 per month
