IT Executive

Overview

JD :-

• Manage all IT systems with the domain controller
• Basic knowledge of ERP system and Tally ERP System (Ex- PL-SQL, Oracle)
• Responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware/software and end-user issues.
• Responsible for maintaining hardware and software Inventory
• Installation, configuration, backup and troubleshooting MS Outlook emails,
• User account management, Permission, File and folder sharing, Access, Permission,
• Adding, removing or updating user account information etc. in server
• Working with LAN/WAN technology. (Networking)
• Troubleshooting with third party software.
• Desktop Support of Microsoft Family - OS installation - 7,10,11 and Windows Activation, Antivirus support and updation.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7,10 and Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications
• Maintain backup processes (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly)
• Installation of Antivirus and update patches
• Installation and Manage CCTV cameras and troubleshooting of the issue
• Responsible for all Desktop and Laptop Hardware & Software supports
• Installation of authorized software - approval from respective dept HOD
• Configuration, Data back-up, and Restore of Outlook.
• Installation and Troubleshooting of local and network printer.
• Manage the LAN and Wi-Fi devices .
• Day to day Technical activity and documentation & Checking of weekly PC status.
• Manage to remote location through of admin anydesk, VNC, and Team Viewer.
• Scheduling a backup in NAS and observation of Backups
• Issue escalation to Higher level
• Maintaining of Daily, weekly, and Monthly Checklist.

Experience : 3+ years in any industry

Qualification : BCA/Dip/BE OR in relevant study filed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
