Overview
Key Responsibilities:
1. Basic understanding of Hardware and Networking
2. Layer 1 Concept should be apparent, such as Connectivity, Crimping LAN Cables, Patch Panel
3. Should able to install Operating System and troubleshoot errors/problems
4. Should able to configure Router, Access Point, DVR, NVR, IP Camera
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
- Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Good time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
