Job Title: IT and Data Management Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist and Data Management Associate to join our team at Kavveri Telecoms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to resolve computer issues, QuickBooks and Tally software problems, and other IT-related challenges. Additionally, this role involves assisting the production team with data management tasks and leveraging Microsoft Excel for various analytical and reporting needs. The successful candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues for office staff.
Troubleshoot QuickBooks and Tally software problems, offering timely solutions to ensure seamless financial operations.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including network infrastructure, printers, and peripherals.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Conduct regular system updates, backups, and security checks to ensure data integrity and protection.
Assist the production team with data management tasks, including data entry, cleansing, and organization.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and support decision-making processes.
Train staff on IT best practices, software usage, and data management procedures as needed.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in IT to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
Provide occasional after-hours support for urgent IT issues or system maintenance tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Tally software with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
Familiarity with data management principles and experience with database systems is a plus.
