Job Description
Technical Support
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
Network & Server Maintenance
Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime
Support backup and recovery operations
IT Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain inventory of IT hardware, software, and licenses
Assist with procurement, tagging, and documentation of IT assets
Security & Compliance
Ensure antivirus and endpoint protection is up to date on all systems
Support data protection policies and user access management
Monitor and report security threats or breaches
User Support & Training
Assist users with application/software-related queries
Provide basic training to users on IT systems and policies
Set up user accounts and configure permissions and access rights
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and system changes
Assist in preparing reports on IT operations, usage, and performance metrics
Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, printers, email clients, and basic networking
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
