Overview

We are seeking a professional and dynamic problem solver in the field of IT Executive (Hardware) resources. This position demands suitable personnel to manage and carry out the roles and responsibilities independently.  Responsibilities Responding to client/employees support requests. Connecting via a remote link. Recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues. Advising on software or hardware upgrades. Providing basic training in computer operation and management. Completing job reports and ordering supplies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
