IT Executive

Job location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

CTC upto: 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide first-line technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals,

responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

 Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software applications, and

security patches to ensure optimal performance and security.

 Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnosing issues, and implementing

solutions or escalating to senior IT staff as necessary.

 Set up and configure new desktop and laptop computers, including user profiles, email

accounts, and network connectivity.

 Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans, to

ensure the reliability and security of desktop systems.

 Assist in managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory or other directory

services.

 Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to create a

knowledge base for future reference.

 Provide training and technical guidance to end-users on IT best practices and procedures.

 Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking, equipment disposal, and

hardware/software procurement.
