Overview
Position Overview:
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the companys IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in the implementation of IT solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to support both software and hardware-related needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, networks, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- System Maintenance & Upgrades:
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Ensure regular software and system updates are applied, maintaining system security and performance.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and upgrading IT hardware and software systems.
- Network Management:
- Support the setup, configuration, and management of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Data Backup & Security:
- Assist in the implementation and management of data backup systems to ensure data integrity and security.
- Help maintain data security protocols and ensure compliance with company security policies.
- Implement and monitor antivirus and other cybersecurity solutions to protect company data.
- User Account Management:
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to various systems and software.
- Assist employees with access requests, password resets, and other IT-related queries.
- Ensure proper access control to sensitive data and systems within the company.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all IT systems, equipment, and software licenses.
- Document IT issues and resolutions, and provide reports to management as needed.
- Create user manuals, guides, and training materials for end-users.
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored support.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects, upgrades, and new systems across the organization.
- Training & User Assistance:
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new software, tools, or technologies.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to employees with IT-related issues and educate them on best practices for using IT systems.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role or related field.
- Familiarity with managing networks, servers, and databases.
- Experience working with IT hardware and software systems.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Basic knowledge of database management and server administration.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
