IT Executive

Overview

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hospital’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services. This role will involve overseeing network security, hardware and software management, technical support, and ensuring the hospital’s technology runs efficiently to support healthcare operations. The IT Executive will also collaborate with hospital departments to improve IT processes, optimize workflows, and enhance data management and security.

• System Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, servers, network infrastructure, and software applications across the hotel property.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network administration, server management, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and common hospitality software.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Customer Service Focus: Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests, explaining technical concepts in a clear manner.
• Problem-solving Ability: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop solutions.
• Security Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity best practices to protect sensitive data.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing industry standards.
