Overview

Hardware/Software Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, servers, peripherals, and production-specific software.

User Support: Providing technical assistance to production staff, addressing their IT-related questions and concerns.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and hardware/software inventory.

Network Infrastructure: Designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and cloud networks.

Network Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the network and data from unauthorized access.

Network Monitoring: Monitoring network performance and identifying potential issues before they impact production.

System Stability: Ensuring the reliability and performance of production-critical systems and applications.

Software/Hardware Integration: Integrating new software and hardware into existing production systems.

Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving software bugs and issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
