Key Responsibilities:
✅ Software & CRM Management:
Handle ERP, CRM, and HRMS software integration and troubleshooting.
Ensure smooth operations of company applications, website, and cloud services.
Provide technical support for Zoho CRM, WhatsApp API, and other automation tools.
✅ E-Commerce & Digital Support:
Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms’ backend IT operations.
Troubleshoot payment gateway, API, and website integration issues.
Assist in SEO, website maintenance, and digital tools optimization.
✅ Security & Compliance:
Ensure system security, software licensing, and data privacy compliance.
Implement IT policies for device and data security.
Monitor server performance and cloud storage management.
✅ Automation & Tech Innovations:
Work on automation processes for sales, HR, and inventory tracking.
Research and implement AI tools, chatbots, and IT-driven efficiency solutions.
Requirements:
✔ Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, cloud services, and networking
✔ Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues
✔ Experience in ERP, CRM, and automation tools (Zoho, API integrations, etc.)
✔ Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, SQL databases, and web management
✔ Ability to work independently and handle IT-related escalations efficiently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
